Seasoned professional advisor helping businesses and organisations in building and formulation of their corporate strategies, implementation of corporate governance, development of finance functions, strategic risk management, M&A, debt & equity transactions.  More than two decades of professional experience in cross-border and domestic transactions, debt & equity raising and business advisory experience in Central Asia, Caucasus, Russia, Mongolia and the UK.  Formerly Head of Advisory in PwC Uzbekistan, Head of M&A in PwC Eurasia and Head of Deals in PwC Azerbaijan.
